Our insurance industry-trained professionals can offer you loss control services in the following areas:

UNDERWRITING DATA REPORTS
These are basic underwriting data reports for smaller, less hazardous types of risks that generally are quick and cost-effective to survey.

LOSS CONTROL EVALUATIONS
Consultants provide a detailed description and evaluation of an account's Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposures (COPE principal). Detailed loss trending/analysis can help pinpoint trends which are addressed through recommendations whether the root causes are physical hazards or management deficiencies.

LOSS CONTROL CONSULTATIVE SERVICE
Consultants can work with the insured on a continuous basis to assist in all aspects of an account's loss control needs such as:  formalization and training on specific items like self inspection, hazard identification, accident investigation, safety meetings, hazard communications etc.

LOSS CONTROL INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE EVALUATION
A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) can provide onsite consultation, evaluation, perform sampling/testing, and produce written documentation of the findings and recommendations to reduce or eliminate exposures.

LOSS CONTROL TELEPHONE SURVEYS
Consultants can perform telephone surveys for pre-inspections, general data gathering or verification.

ERGONOMIC EVALUATIONS
A Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) or Certified Ergonomic Manager (CEM) can perform workstation or process evaluations on all types of workplace settings. This can include training and education in musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) from repetitive motion injuries like carpel tunnel syndrome or low back pain. A documented report of the findings and recommendations are provided.

PHOTOGRAPHS / DIAGRAMS
Photographs are produced by digital cameras and are provided on all property risks, contractors’ equipment and builders’ risks. Photos can be requested for any coverage or survey with no limits or additional charges for photos.

Diagrams can be provided upon request.

INSURANCE TO VALUE
If requested these can be performed with any property or package report. It is part of the onsite and report time. If requested separately from a property or package report it is billed at the hourly rate.
